Patrizia Sieweck is a fiddle, banjo and guitar player as well as a singer and currently works in Berlin. Years of travels to festivals, workshops and sessions throughout Europe made it possible for her to study the violin styles of some of the best players in the folk world such as Brittany Haas, Aly Bain, Dirk Powell, Olivier Demers, Paul Bradley, Paul O'Shaughnessy, Lori Watson, Adam Sutherland and Shane Cook, to name a few. She has become an accomplished player of the Irish and American Old Time fiddle traditions but also dipped her toes into other musical heritage such as Scottish, Swedish, French and English traditional music. She currently performs with Cornamusa, Huas Irish and Celtic Music Collective, Elvena, Larkin, Nightlark, Silver Tassie Ceilidh Band and others. She also has ties to the Vienna folk scene and it's musicians.
